**Effective June 3rd - Twisted Wig will manually redeem loyalty points (must be signed previously signed up and currently maintaining a loyalty point balance) for a $10 (20 points) service charge will be applied.
Return, Exchanges, Cancellations and Color Changes
We understand that buying a wig online can be difficult, and we want to help in every way we can!
Please review the return, cancellation and exchange policy!
Refunds and cancellations are issued as Store Credit ONLY - Please ensure you review your order before purchase!
Wig order color or style changes are subject to a $10 processing fee (if item is on order from manufacturer). Please contact Twisted Wig at support@twistedwig.com for all color or style changes
Twisted Wig is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at the time of purchase. Please check your address! Address changes will be accommodated as long as the item is still in Twisted Wig's possession; these changes are subject to a $10 processing fee.
Twisted Wig in NOT responsible for lost or damaged items during the return.
Twisted Wig must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if you would like to return your item and be issued Store Credit.

Please include your invoice number, the name on the order and the email address that was used to place the order.
- A 20% restocking fee per item will be assessed on all return items. Items MUST be in new condition and still have original tags attached and unaltered. If your return does not meet these expectations a 30% restocking fee will be assessed. Restocking fees are per item.
All returns will be QC checked upon receipt.

Please contact us for the correct return mailing address. Twisted Wig is NOT responsible for a return sent to the wrong address. No refund or exchange will be issued for items sent to an incorrect address.
Twisted Wig it NOT responsible for lost/damaged returns during shipping.
- Manufacturer defects will be returned to the manufacturer and managed by Twisted Wig.
Unauthorized returns to the manufacturer or to Twisted Wig will result in a 35% restocking fee assessed on Store Credit.
