OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Twisted Wig. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Twisted Wig. Twisted Wig provides this platform (the "Marketplace") to facilitate transactions between independent sellers ("Wig Wrangler Vendors") and buyers.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us or our Vendors, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform allowing us to host the Marketplace.

SECTION 1 - MARKETPLACE MODEL & VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

The Wig Wrangler Marketplace acts as a venue to allow users to offer, sell, and buy items.

  • Independent Vendors: Most items listed on this site are sold by independent Wig Wrangler Vendors.

  • Liability Disclaimer: Each Vendor is solely responsible for their own shop, listings, product descriptions, shipping, and customer service. Information, item descriptions, and photos are provided by the Vendor, not by Twisted Wig. Twisted Wig is not responsible for incorrect, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by independent Vendors.

  • Transactions: When you purchase an item from a Vendor, you are entering into a contract directly with that Vendor.

SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to the Marketplace.

SECTION 3 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to remove any Vendor or listing from the Marketplace if it violates our policies or harms the integrity of our community.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS

We are not responsible if information made available on this site by third-party Vendors is not accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to review all item details, photos, and Vendor ratings before completing a purchase.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for Vendor products are set and subject to change by the Vendor without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Marketplace (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Products available through our Vendors may have limited quantities and are subject to their own return/exchange policies as noted on individual listings.

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display product images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • Vendor Sales: We reserve the right to limit the sales of products to any person or geographic region.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. In the event of a dispute or order cancellation, we may use your contact information to reach out to you.
