Q: Can I still mail in my used wigs for the Buy Back program?
A: No. Due to the permanent closure of our e-commerce store, the Buy Back program has been discontinued effective immediately. Please do not ship or mail any additional used wigs to our facility, as we can no longer accept new submissions or generate new trade-in credits.
Q: I already sent my wig in for a Buy Back, but a gift card hasn't been issued yet. What happens to my wig?
A: Rest assured, your property is safe. Any Buy Back shipments that have been received by Twisted Wig but not yet fully processed (where a gift card has not been issued) will be safely sent back to you. We will return your wig to your address on file at absolutely no charge to you.
Q: I have a gift card that was previously issued from a completed Buy Back. Is it still valid?
A: Yes, absolutely! Wigs traded in through our Buy Back program were the original inspiration behind our store gift cards, and those balances are fully active. Because our site feature is completely automatic for this final clearance event, your checkout text box is wide open to accept your gift card codes. We strongly encourage you to use your remaining balance immediately while our final stock lasts, as codes cannot be used once the platform permanently goes offline.
Q: Who should I contact if I need to update my shipping address for a returned wig?
A: If you need to verify or update the return shipping address for an unprocessed Buy Back item, please email our support team immediately at support@twistedwig.com. Please include your full name and the tracking number or details of your original shipment so we can update your file right away.
